Authorities are on the hunt for a group of vandals using e-bikes to wreak havoc at the popular Great Park. The most recent incident occurred around July 24th when a park bathroom was vandalized, resulting in a destroyed toilet and evidence of arson.
Police believe e-bikes are central to the ongoing vandalism spree, citing distinctive tire marks left at multiple crime scenes. The Bosque area of the park has seen a significant increase in damage over the past year.
Images shared by the Irvine Police Department depict the extent of the destruction, including a shattered toilet and burned bathroom fixtures. The department is urging the public to come forward with any information that could lead to the identification and arrest of the suspects.
