Interestingly, Yamaha’s recent press release for the new bikes contained a notable error—listing Honda instead of Yamaha in the headline. While this might be an amusing slip-up, it’s clear these are indeed Yamaha bikes. It’s a reminder that even the best make mistakes!
The Wabash RT is a standout model, tailored for versatility with a sporty edge. It’s designed for riders who enjoy both on-road and off-road experiences. With drop bars and gravel tires, this bike is ready for a variety of terrains. The latest version also includes bikepacking-ready features, allowing for easy attachment of racks and accessories for carrying gear on your adventures.
For those seeking a more relaxed ride, Yamaha has also updated the Crosscore, offering two variants. The Crosscore RC combines the comfort of a mountain bike with the efficiency of a road bike, making it perfect for city commuting or longer rides. It features narrow handlebars for navigating tight urban spaces, a suspension fork to handle rough terrain, and a built-in kickstand for convenient parking.
The Crosscore Connected variant adds smart technology with a smartphone app that tracks battery health, ride statistics, and maintenance alerts, enhancing your riding experience with modern features.
Both models are powered by Yamaha’s new PW Series S2 drive unit, which is lighter and more compact than previous versions. It offers multiple power modes and automatic assist for a smooth, intuitive ride. Charging is straightforward—just plug it in and go.
