Belgian e-bike manufacturer Cowboy has ventured into the gaming world by launching the industry’s first e-bike racing games. This innovative move introduces three competitive challenges — Race, Burn, and Push — designed to add a fun and engaging element to your rides.
Game Modes
Race: Engage in a 500-meter sprint against another rider. Initially, you’ll compete against a stranger with similar stats. However, each victory raises the difficulty as your opponents become tougher.
Burn: This one-minute challenge focuses on burning as many calories as possible in a short period.
Push: Test your endurance by maintaining pedal power above a certain threshold for 15 seconds straight.
These races aren’t live to ensure safety, meaning your opponent likely completed their race just minutes before you. In Burn and Push, you can even challenge yourself, although it’s more fun to compete against others.
“It can become pretty addictive,” said Tanguy Goretti, Cowboy’s founder and CTO, in an interview with TNW. “During the testing phase, we saw some riders playing four games or more per trip.”

As you progress, the games become increasingly difficult, pushing your stamina and skills to climb the leaderboard. This feature adds a competitive edge, allowing Cowboy e-bike owners to vie for the top spot and bragging rights.
