  • Motor: 1 year from the date of purchase
  • Controller: 1 year from the date of purchase

What’s Covered

  • Frame and structural components.
  • Electrical components such as the motor, controller, and display.
  • Battery performance issues not caused by misuse or neglect.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, chains).
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs.
  • Water damage beyond the bike’s intended use.

How to File a Warranty Claim
