Council Vice President Mordechai Burnstein added, βLots of young adults and teens are out there on e-bikes, we need to make sure theyβre safe, they know the rules, and that they follow the rules. We want to make sure everyone is safe on our roads and make sure everyone is aware of, and follows the rules.β
